These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mu88 website located at mu88.vu and all associated services provided by the mu88 platform ("the Platform", "mu88", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you ("the User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction, including but not limited to players based in Malaysia. To register and maintain an account on the mu88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

• You must not have been previously excluded from the mu88 Platform through a self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account suspension that remains in effect.

mu88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by mu88 may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of balances pending the outcome of review.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the mu88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes to ensure it remains accurate and current.

mu88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Account registration is subject to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

All transactions on the mu88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. mu88 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. mu88 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time.

Deposits are credited to your mu88 account balance upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. mu88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or telecommunications infrastructure.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and are subject to change. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all mu88 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the conditions of the promotion at the time of claim.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms; failure to do so results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one active bonus may apply to an account at any given time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.

mu88 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds, free spins, or associated winnings where fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the bonus system is detected. Suspected bonus abuse may result in account suspension pending investigation.

All bets placed on the mu88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, roulette, or Sic Bo — as published within each product section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the mu88 system, it is final and binding. mu88 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or at odds or terms that were materially incorrect at the time of placement. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

Sportsbook bets may be subject to minimum and maximum stake limits per event and per market as published on the Platform. mu88 reserves the right to limit maximum payouts, restrict market access, or limit the staking amounts available to individual accounts at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mu88 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by mu88.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting coordinated to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of fraud or dishonest conduct.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial transaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is expressly prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mu88 staff or other players through any channel.

mu88 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any evidence of prohibited conduct may be referred to appropriate authorities for investigation.

All content on the mu88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names, is the property of mu88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any mu88 intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the mu88 Platform for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation from mu88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mu88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

mu88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mu88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

mu88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress. The following tools are available to all mu88 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the Platform per session.

mu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where mu88 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the player has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk to mu88.

On account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any pending identity verification or AML review.

You may close your mu88 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests do not affect the enforceability of any obligation arising from bets or transactions placed prior to the closure request.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mu88 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Nothing in this clause prevents mu88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

mu88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at mu88.vu/terms-conditions with the date of last update noted at the top of the page. Where an amendment is material, mu88 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on record or a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.
